The food and staff at this location is as good as at any other, but each time I've visited I've had to clear a dirty table to sit and the garbage cans are regularly overflowing. This, in spite of an adequate staff behind the counter. It really reduces the food's appeal.

There were about 7 people behind the counter and clearly a manager present, pretty astonishing. I called afterwards after at least noticing the chips were gone, they said I had to physically come back with my card to get a refund (Which is rather interesting given I’ve worked multiple food service POS systems in my day and every single one you are able to search either order number or last 4 of the card number to find the order and issue the refund on the per item basis. This is all without the customer needing to drive all the way back, and I am more than sure chipotle has the resources for that level of POS system, if they don’t , then they should be able to at least)
- JJJJul 2, 20261.0First time ever eating at Chipotle and I asked for extra chicken, pollo adobo (something like that) and they were super short, the guy said he'd give me whatever was left and not charge me double. So basically I paid for double chicken but only got a single serving. I'll definely never go back to a chipotle.
