- SPSunrising PhotographyJul 18, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this Chipotle last night. One of the employees—a shorter white woman with glasses and long dark hair tied back in a ponytail—literally yelled at me because I pointed at the food I wanted by reaching past the barrier. I admit that I made a mistake, but I only did so because I couldn't remember the name of that particular food item in English. Instead of simply telling me in a normal and respectful tone that I couldn't reach past the barrier for hygiene reasons, she yelled at me not to do it, which made me feel very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the sliced beef was literally cold. As the saying goes, sometimes you need to look at the bigger picture instead of focusing on the finger pointing at it. I don't think this kind of behavior helps a location that already has many negative reviews.

I would really encourage them to listen and serve because it is food at the end of the day and we are all trying to survive. Otherwise the location was clean and not too crowded. The people serving us were normal, not friendly not rude but were not really interested or listening.

Employee was new and learning but this is unacceptable to paying customers. Perhaps upper management should look into why this location has a 3.7 star rating as it makes sense now.
