- GGGabriella Gebhardt5 days ago5.0We stopped by chipotle for a late lunch around 3 pm on Monday, September 7 on the Labor Day holiday and it was an incredible visit. Very fresh food and very tasty options we selected !!! I wanted to try the new pollo asado chicken and the employee gave me a nice sample cup and I was sold. I also wanted to try the new chili lime chips which thankfully they had in stock and they recommended a sauce to dip them with. I can’t thank the employees working at this time enough. They were so patient helpful and provided excellent recommendations. I will be back !!!

I haven’t been here in 6months due to the food taste the few times before this Was super salty or again super cold I won’t go back to this location.
- GHGEorge HAug 29, 20261.0This used to be our go-to Chipotle, but recently the experience at the counter has really gone downhill. One employee in particular, a guy with curly hair, rushes through the order so quickly that you barely have time to say what you want before he moves on to the next ingredient. The portions have also been noticeably smaller, and when I’ve asked for a little more, it almost feels like he intentionally gives even less. I’ve even made it clear that I’m completely fine paying for double protein, but I still feel like I’m getting less than what I’m paying for. It’s gotten to the point where, if I walk in and see this employee working the counter, I’ll just go to the Mexican restaurant across the street instead. At least there I know I’ll get an appropriate portion for the price I’m paying. This location used to be our first choice, so it’s disappointing that the counter service has become the reason we’re choosing somewhere else.

However, this is my second time ordering online from this location and my second time missing items. The drink was not included and neither were the napkins or utensils. Of course I understand the mechanic of gathering the utensils whilst at the drink station. But if there’s an entire button for those to be included online so I may grab my items and my drink, then I’d like to get those things and then head right to my car if I’m in a rush. But there was no drink. And my burrito fell apart instantly. Last time coming here!
