At the play structure, there was a girl behaving dangerously and CHOKING with her own hands other kids. I complained multiple times, and my daughter was the third child to come out crying in the 5 min it took to get our food. I spoke to three different staff members, but no one did anything. The girl remained there for more than 10-15 minutes, and her father didn’t seem to care either. I was told that a manager would come, but the manager never came. After my kids were finishing their meals, I had to ask again for the manager, and she was only able to offer ice-cream. I find this completely unacceptable. I understand that the staff may not be able to take action against the children themselves, and I’m not expecting them to discipline someone else’s child. However, when there is a serious incident like this, I would expect the staff to at least locate the parent or guardian and ask them to intervene or leave, for the safety of the other customers and children. Not being able to do anything directly to the child is not an excuse for being negligent. There were multiple complaints, multiple children affected, and plenty of time for the staff to address the situation appropriately. If you want a calm and safe place to have dinner, I would AVOID THIS PLACE.
