- SSShannonAug 9, 20261.0This was soo weird! So I’m walking down on Sutter street shopping around to kill time, when I decide to go buy ice cream because it’s hot. I’m wearing a sweater and jeans and I have rosacea so I got a flare up from the heat. From the customers to the employees absolutely everyone turns around to look at me, and I’m a little thrown back but continue to order. I stutter a little but really take my time to read the menu because I didn’t know what to order, and the cashier man is just staring at me blankly. No customer service from him whatsoever, just staring at me like an inconvenience. I ask what flavors there are and his tone is kind but hollow and his face didn’t match his words. After I order he goes to scoop the ice cream and I awkwardly step back to wait, and I’m getting stared down by the employees. The customers have stopped staring besides the occasional glance. Then I return to the counter because I notice the shop is too small to stand around in, and then the cashier rings up my total. I pay for it and leave, with the employees behind the cashier staring at me. Is this how you treat new customers in town? I will not be returning to this store if everyone in the shop stares down at new people with a skin condition. Made me feel weird and out of place. To top it all off, it was 7.50$ for a mediocre plop of ice cream that tasted like toothpaste and expired Kit Kat. Come here if you want to be judged for your skin.

- LTLia TuckerJun 3, 20265.0The owners are awesome! And Ben and Jerry's is a great brand. This store in particular has done a lot to support the local community. And the ice cream is delicious! I love that you can get a mini scoop which is just the perfect amount of ice cream for me.
