  Bacon Burger felling a part when eating and Cold and Tater Tot’s cold and chilly Dog looks like seat for a while in the warm where cheese melts to tray and No chill on it. Seat inside music a little loud and when got order No Tray given for food. The guy took order Nice .

  Overall a good experience with a great $7 deal including a cheeseburger, fries, soda, and a hot fudge sundae. We ate inside where they bring the food to the counter and then expect you to schlep the burgers, sodas, ice creams, and condiments to your table without the help of their blue trays. When I tried to borrow their precious tray to move the 6+ separate items to our table, the counter person had a mild panic attack--apparently worried I was going to run off with his tray and start my own Sonic restaurant. Watching other customers suffer the same trouble, it would be better to have the server walk the 8 extra steps from behind the counter and bring the food directly to your table (just as they do if you eat in your car).

  Literally my favorite fast food place and this one has the worst set up. It is a terrible setup for parking and the drive-thru. It is impossible to get to the stalls without waiting in the line at the drive-thru because people either park so the drive thru line blocks the drive around or people are not smart enough to allow others to pass. At least get someone out there to help with parking and driving around.

  I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent visit to your drive-through with my wife. While the quality and taste of the food were satisfactory, the service and presentation fell well below expectations. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism when I handed them a $100 bill, passing the currency around between multiple employees before giving me my change. Additionally, the hamburger boxes were completely covered in grease. This made eating inside the car highly inconvenient and messy. I hope management will address staff conduct and ensure proper food packaging protocols are followed in the future.

  Horrible experience!! I stop by Fillmore, CA Sonic location almost every morning, but today will be the last time due to the fear of food being tampered with. Worker, Blanca, if that's really her name was super rude to me. She closed the window on me twice for making simple requests. She tried to give me a powerade slush with no powerade syrup. Then I requested a sprite instead and she put water in it, I pray she didn't spit in it. I requested syrup for my french toast and she ignored me then proceeded to take the customer behind me their food. My cheese tater tots had blue particles on it. I threw up after seeing stuff on my food. I will never go to this location again. Then her coworkers were laughing in my face, how disrespectful.
