  Order online. Went inside to pick up because the drive thru was packed. Waited 30 min. Was told they had to wait on the fries. By the time I got out. Drive thru was empty. I got served last. Wasted time.

  Wipe off your tables!! This place has a serious number of flies in its dining room, and the reason for this is obvious: They do not wipe off their tables! Every single table but one, when I was there,g had food residue on it. That is what draws the flies. Well, DUH ...

  Went through drive thru on 4/15/26 @ 6:20AM and had the worst customer service ever. I got there and a minute later another car pulled up to the other drive through lane. My speaker was completely silent but the other car was helped immediately. As he drove off to the window, I sat there for what was 5 minutes. Another truck pulled up once again and his order was also taken. I kept saying “Hello” multiple times and not a single word was said to me. I drove up to the first window and the girl with THICK eyebrows opened the door with an attitude and said “Do you want to order?” I told her YES, I been sitting there waiting for someone to take my order. She said her headset died. How did it die yet you were able to take every one else’s order? Anyways. She had an attitude. As if it was an issue to take my order. I ordered my food, paid and she slammed the door after saying “Second window.” Not even an apology. I feel like I was personally targeted. This type of treatment is not okay. Mind you, I didn’t even do anything to her or personally ordered. As a previous employee of this establishment and same location this is not okay and upper manager needs to speak to her about this. Not only is she providing hostile customer service but she’s messing with the car timers. Please do better. If you hate your job find another one. Please save your time and drive the extra minutes to the EXETER location.
