I requested the staff to grill them, but they flatly refused. The tacos I received were absolutely terrible. The potatoes were neither soft nor fresh—they tasted stale, as if they had been prepared hours ago and kept sitting there. Instead of being soft, the potatoes were unpleasantly hard and made a loud crunching sound with every bite. There was no flavor at all, and the overall food quality was awful. Your service is very poor, and serving stale, hard food is completely unacceptable. Highly disappointed with this experience and would not recommend visiting this location.
