  Extremely disappointing experience and poor food quality at Drive-Thru I recently went through the Drive-Thru at this Taco Bell location and ordered 3 Spicy Soft Potato Tacos. I requested the staff to grill them, but they flatly refused. The tacos I received were absolutely terrible. The potatoes were neither soft nor fresh—they tasted stale, as if they had been prepared hours ago and kept sitting there. Instead of being soft, the potatoes were unpleasantly hard and made a loud crunching sound with every bite. There was no flavor at all, and the overall food quality was awful. Your service is very poor, and serving stale, hard food is completely unacceptable. Highly disappointed with this experience and would not recommend visiting this location.

  I arrive at home, for my order to be wrong. I called, got the run around. I was told to call back to speak with Tina ( manager)no answer. The taco was broken, filled halfway, I could count the grains of rice in burrito. A waste of gas, money, time, and my appetite.

  Mom ordered a number one with chicken gorditas to only have two pieces of chicken in each Gordita. She only noticed it because she was going to put hot sauce in it. Mom said she also had to ask for her receipt. Which she thought was mandatory to provide a receipt. Anyway, not worth your money if they are going to be greedy with the meat.

  I’ve ordered from here several times and they never get the orders right. I asked for substitutions and they are all ignored. Please double check your food when you receive it!!
