  Had an upsetting experience today with the female employee in the pharmacy. I won’t mention her name but I am certain others have experienced her lack of compassion and rudeness. Called today to confirm that my medications were ready and that they received the prior authorization that was approved few days prior. “Susie” advised me the medications were ready and that the cost was over $500.00. I told her that the amount she is stating was the price prior to the approved authorization. Initial prescription was sent 7 days prior. She continued to tell me several times that this was the amount. After going back and forth she says rudely “I will delete the inquiry and run it again, please hold.” She comes back on the phone to tell me the copay is $50.00. I work in healthcare I know what is what but our elderly population who are on a fixed income that don’t know no better, are you doing the same to them? Charging them more than what you should be? Shame on you “Susie”. People are sick not feeling well and the last thing we want to have to do is argue with the pharmacy in making sure they provide correct information to customers/patients and not overcharge. Listen to us when we are telling you. Crazy part when I was picking up my medications the woman ahead of me was questioning the amount she had to pay stating she didn’t pay that the month before….Now I need to decide do I have my medications delivered or do I just find a totally different pharmacy. Take away: please question what your share of cost is if it does not sound right and to Susie- you are rude and if you do not enjoy taking care of people or helping people, being an advocate for others, then you need a new line of work.

  El servicio de las flores las señoras no son amables siempre no estan a la disposición del cliente. Deberían colocar alguien que esté de buen humor y atenta al servicio del cliente.

  Hi, everyone. Just letting you know how it went today at safeway, I came in hungry and I'm still is but I'm cooking now, but while I was in self checkout line, a guy team member named Corey Mr. Corey helped me so much that I really appreciate all his help. He's paying close attention. To everything and he's on point I appreciate you, you have a great year now.

  DONT GET A CAKE HERE! Called me less than an hour before pick up to let know they didn’t have the toy/item that comes on my cake, okay…no big deal I guess. I get there to pick up my cake and had to have a worker be told by his coworker to help me multiple times until he finally did. He showed me the cake, and it looks awful and cheaply made. It’s whatever though since it’s for a 3 year old so I bite my tongue. Finally start eating it at the birthday party and it’s not what I asked for at all. They used sugary fake buttercream all over my cake when I asked for the real whipped cream. Whole experience was so bad and just not worth the time and money. Highly recommend the Safeway in VALLEJO if you have the time, they get you what you actually wanted and paid for with no problems and a great attitude.

  Signature artisan bread with surprise inside. Im not sure what was inside but its unacceptable and disgusting.
