  This morning around 7:30 AM, I visited this McDonald’s with my service dog and was refused service by the manager. I was told my dog was not a real service animal because he did not have “proper markings.” Staff never asked the ADA-approved questions about whether my dog was a service animal or what tasks he performs. Under the ADA, service animals are not required to wear a vest, patch, or ID. I felt embarrassed and discriminated against during this interaction. I am posting this review so others are aware of how I was treated and because I hope management properly educates employees on ADA service animal laws so this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

  Love this place! They are taking such good care of my sister! I came up to help her get home, and I'm glad they are here so she has some place to fall back on.

  I ordered the big breakfast. Got everything in one plastic. Can you please separate the ketchup, jelly and other tuff in separate paper bag like you said usually do it. The manager said it how it’s done now but I have never noticed this in other locations.. Thanks

  Friendly staff
