  Olivia our server was friendly and nice. They were short staffed but she worked to make up for the wait. The bearded man in the black polo made my son's birthday special even though we were a small party. People here are hard working and dedicated!

  LD is the best bartender I have met in a very long time. She is attemtive friendly professional and relatable. Thank you for amazing service.......the food was not as memorable......caveman combo was luke warm but still good...the apple pecan salad looked horrible and tasted as such. IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET FOOD EVEN THOUGH LD CHECKED ON IT SEVERAL TIMES.

  The service at the tables usually aren’t as quick but we went on a Wednesday and Lina was our server. She was quick and responsive and waited our table with excellent service and patience. Will definitely come back and request her!

  My wife and I always love coming here to the bar for a couple of drinks and some food before playing some games. Food and service is always great. Our most recent bartender Olivia was awesome. She was so kind and warm to us and made my wife so happy which is what I’m always looking for. Olivia helped my wife pick a drink and then made sure she made it exactly how she likes it, so of course my wife HAD to get two more lol. It was another great visit.🙂

  No acknowledgment when we walked into the restaurant and stood at the front for 5-10 minutes; even had a few employees walk right past us then back without acknowledgment. It was 11:00 at night and the restaurant was over staffed and not many people in the. Dining or bar area. Had to get the attention of the bar tender Quincy, who was awesome to order food by physically standing at the bar and finally got our order and drinks and helped us. Glad he was able to take care of us, we had a long trip ahead of us. This is the dirtiest Dave & Busters I’ve been to, and wish at that time of night we had other choices. The manager walked out of the kitchen doors, then right back in 6-7 times for just a few seconds and had his head in his phone instead of ensuring the restaurants conditions were not so grotesque; concerned with his phone, and anything but customers and their experience. The food was just as bad as the service and I could not imagine that this location operates the exact same way any day or time of the week. last note of the night, the manager finally came to a table and asked how they were doing, acknowledged they were here and went back to doing nothing at all again.
