  I could see this being a regular spot for me when I wanted a drink. The food nothing special, but the atmosphere, with all the TV's and lights make it fun. The bartender was friendly and mist important, attentive. Had a very cold beer, and that's so had to find suddenly. Love a real cold beer.

  10 Stars! I booked the wrong package for my daughter’s 17th birthday and only realized that two hours before her party. I needed the party room but had just booked a table. Anthony saved the day! He worked things out behind the scenes and got us the party room. Literally saved the day!!! Thank you again, Anthony. My daughter is my everything and I would have felt like a terrible mom if we were not in the party room. Elaine was our hostess with the mostest. She had the biggest smile on her face, was super friendly, and consistently checked in on us to make sure we were satisfied. I ended up hugging her at the end of the party because everything was absolutely perfect ❤️ Thank you, Elaine. Jada!! She was our server, she didn’t miss a beat. I never had to ask for anything because she was one step ahead. She constantly checked in with me, kept the drinks flowing, and made me stop cleaning up lol I always feel bad leaving a mess but she told me she would do it. She always had a sweet smile on her face and was super kind. What could have been a terrible day for me because of MY mess up, ended up being the most perfect 17th birthday party and I now have perfect and wonderful memories of because of Anthony, Elaine, and Jada 🥹

  I came to celebrate my daughter‘s 12th birthday at Dave & Buster’s on a Saturday. There were a couple of misunderstandings mainly on my end I will accept responsibility if it. However, Will was exceptional in explaining AND He went far and beyond to accommodate per contract capacity. At the end, we had an amazing time and the service of Veronica and Wil provided was exceptional. Veronica was our server and we made sure to figure about all possible way. We were constantly stocked up on water and soda and we just got very well taken care of.

  Literally worst service ever!! We waited to be seated for as least 15 minutes and no one even came to greet us. The security guard was the one to tell us we can sit wherever. After sitting again no one came to greet us and we sat for another 20 minutes never once saw a server. We ended up just leaving because if we stayed we might have been here until midnight before we even got to eat at this place. I will literally never come here again. What a joke

  Dave & Buster’s Fairfield (i’m only giving this five stars, so my review doesn’t get swept under the rug and you actually get to see it) I wouldn’t give this place a half a star where apparently YOU are the game, and your money is the prize. 🤡 We went in expecting a decent meal and some games. Between the two of us, we spent about $87 on two meals, and each meal came with a $25 gameplay card. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and a Sierra Nevada Hazy. She ordered the blackened Cajun salmon and an iced tea . I got my beer relatively fast. Her drink? 28 MINUTES. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Then the food showed up and somehow managed to make the service look good. 😂 My Philly cheesesteak looked and tasted like something that had taken a long vacation through a microwave. I got a tiny sprinkle of fries on my plate, like they were rationing potatoes. Her salmon was even worse, overcooked, hard and dry. And apparently their definition of “Cajun” is simply adding black pepper. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤬 No lemon with the fish either. We actually had to ask for a slice. The salad was basically a pile of lettuce with no dressing. At this point I was thinking, “Well, at least the beer is cold.” 🍻🤡🤣 Honestly, the food reminded me of McDonald’s quality with sit-down restaurant prices. And the best part? I LEFT HUNGRY. 🤦🏻‍♂️ After spending roughly $87 on dinner, I was still hungry enough that I had to stop at Taco Bell on the way home and buy another meal. 🌮 So apparently Taco Bell was the actual second course. Then came the games. We started with John Wick. About seven minutes into playing, the game basically said, “Thanks for your money. Want to keep playing? Pay AGAIN.” 😳🤬 I understand arcade games cost money, but paying for gameplay and then having the game stop after only a few minutes and ask for more credits was ridiculous. Pay to play → start having fun → game stops → pay again. WHAT A JOOOOKE. 😂🤡 Dave & Buster’s is supposed to be eat, drink and play. For us it was wait, eat mediocre food, still be hungry, pay again, then go to Taco Bell. 🤣 We were the real clowns for spending $87 here. 🤡🤡🍻 I’ll never go back.
