The place only seems to be run by high school kids that apparently can't figure out how to read an order and put food in a bag properly! Its not that hard! Tonight was the last draw, waited in the drive through for 10 mins on a mobile order that said was ready, finally got my food, drove home, and missing 3 items! 😡

- TOTom OatesApr 27, 20263.0Look, this is fast food. It's Taco Bell. I'm not surprised if my order is sometimes wrong or if employees don't look happy to be there. What is crazy is that you are guaranteed to wait 15-40 minutes in the drive thru. I understand longer waits sometimes happen if it's a crowd of people. But when it happens 99% of the time, clearly this location understaffs or has poor training. I always feel bad for the drive thru employee who helps me because they look and sound exhausted. Everything else is pretty bog standard Taco Bell. But please, get these employees some help.

I mean I’m just floored if only all fast food workers could be as kind and sincere and genuine as this woman was her name was Clover? anybody who wants some good customer service go to the Taco Bell on Madison go see Clover? she’ll treat you right for sure.
