  Staff and service here is horrid and miserable. Would give 0 stars if I could. How do they not know how to work the drive thru? Don't bother with the app they'll just get it wrong. Retrain your staff!

  I am beyond disgusted with the treatment I received from this staff. I came through the drive-thru with a sick toddler, just trying to pick up a simple Happy Meal and a few drinks after a long day. At the window, the employee insisted I hadn’t ordered a Diet Coke and sweet tea. I had to pull up my app and prove it to her before she reluctantly handed them over—already an unnecessarily frustrating interaction. As I drove away, I realized they also failed to include the orange juice that comes with my daughter’s Happy Meal. I went back through the drive-thru, explained the issue, and was once again met with suspicion. Instead of simply fixing their mistake, the same employee demanded to see my receipt again. I showed her the full order—Happy Meal, drinks, ice creams, everything clearly listed. She then shut the window in my face without giving me the orange juice and proceeded to gather multiple coworkers, as if I were trying to scam them over a small child’s drink. It was humiliating and completely uncalled for. Another employee eventually came back and asked to see the receipt yet again, despite the fact that I had already shown it. I clicked ‘order details’, finally finding a way to show the details of the happy meal. Only then did they finally acknowledge the mistake and start preparing the missing item. At that point, I was so uncomfortable and upset by how I had been treated that I chose to leave without it. I genuinely did not feel confident that my food would be handled safely after being treated with such hostility. I wasn’t going to risk spit in my child’s drink and being treated so poorly I wouldn’t put it past this staff. So so disgusting. I have never experienced this level of incompetence paired with such blatant disrespect. I left nearly in tears. This was not just poor service—it was accusatory, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I will never return to this location, and I will absolutely be escalating this complaint. I hope the manager can review footage. I wasn’t hostile, and was treated very poorly. I have never experienced anything like this.

  Awful. It's McDonald's. Food is what you would expect. Very expensive for a overly processed dining experience. Service is nice and they got my order right.

  Should’ve just drove 5 more min to In And Out. Had to go and ask for napkins and waited for 10 min to get 3 napkins.
