Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls. While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost. Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.

What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. I placed an order from this branch and waited over 90 minutes without receiving anything. During that time, I repeatedly tried calling both the store and the assigned delivery driver, but nobody answered. Eventually, I had to drive to the store myself to find out what was happening and request a cancellation. To my surprise, I was told that the store could not cancel the order and that I had to do it through the website. The employees were unhelpful and rude, and the website provided no clear way to cancel the order. After waiting a total of two and a half hours, a delivery driver finally arrived with food that was cold, soggy, and clearly no longer fresh. At that point, the order was completely unacceptable. Because neither the store nor the website provided a reasonable solution, I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. The lack of communication, poor customer service, inability to cancel the order, and unacceptable food quality made this one of the most frustrating customer experiences I have ever encountered.

I was really disappointed with my recent order from Five Guys, The fries I received were undercooked and soggy, but even worse, I found one that was black inside. Almost like it wasn’t fully cooked or had burned. I really expected better quality, especially for the price. I won’t be returning! This location is not recommended!!!!

Seriously, that place always delivers. Their burgers are so fresh and delicious. And the fries? Absolutely awesome, perfectly seasoned. The peanuts are a nice touch too. It's a solid choice every single time.
