Frequently, I have noticed delivery drivers parking and idling in the spots explicitly reserved for pharmacy customers. As a 78-year-old man who is currently caring for my sick wife, having access to these designated parking spaces is not just a convenience, but a necessity. It is highly upsetting to arrive for our medication only to find these spots blocked by drivers who are using them as waiting areas. I have been a loyal customer of your store, and the one across the street, for 40 years. However, the difficulty this parking situation creates is forcing me to seriously consider transferring my pharmacy needs to Costco. I kindly request that management address this issue immediately with the delivery drivers to ensure these spaces are kept clear for the customers who truly need them. Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this matter.
