  Far too overpriced to ever be getting orders wrong. Hope it was worth not remaking my drink, my wife and I won't be coming back.

  Dutch bros staff is always on another level! Happy, kind, helpful and always asking about your day or making conversation if there is any wait time. We love going there because of that and their coffee is also fire!

  Normally, I go later in the day and everything is excellent service everything however today I went and it was 5:15 AM and the store still wasn’t open so I don’t think the opening time online is correct because there was cones still blocking it off which kind of sucks because I didn’t pass another one after that so I had to go to Starbucks.

  I love this place and have been coming for years and years and years have never met a rude staff person here except for today, 10 minutes ago. They have messed up my drink before giving me the wrong thing and they’ve always fixed it when I told them this isn’t the correct drink. Like a normal person would do. Humans make mistakes, I get it. It’s a drink from the menu, nothing complicated just sometimes they give me green tea instead of black and without the flavors I want. The guy today with a ponytail outside with the iPad just wanted to fight with me for some reason saying I was a liar and that “it’s supposed to be bitter”. Lol. Okay, I order always order sweetened ice tea and I know what it tastes like because I come often. Like all the time. And sweet tea isn’t supposed to be bitter obviously. I don’t think that guy has ever had a drink from his place of employment. Anyway, he wanted to argue the proceeds to ask me in a condescending tone “are you okay?” Lol no, you suck and you’re trying to tell me I’m a liar and that I’m trying to get a free drink out of you instead of owning up to a mistake someone made. He wouldn’t take the messed up drink from me. How hard is it to just fix the damn drink and shut up. Not like it’s coming out of your pocket. Everyone else here is super sweet all the time. I then had to wait in line and the women at the front made it right and were super nice, as usual. Unfortunately I’d rather not come back to this location anymore because of that guy and his horrible attitude.
