The girl made it seem like my request was an inconvenience, As she was on her phone she explained to me that my request may take to long and she will need to help other customers. As she was saying this there was no one in line but myself. It seemed to me that she didn’t want to help me so I excused myself and called another Starbucks nearby to place my order . After I was done with my grocery shopping I walked passed the Starbucks and the girl was still on her phone and with no customers. I find this service a huge disrespect to customers . Why have someone at a register that isn’t willing to help . I thought customer service meant you are there for the customer. In the contrary , I felt like as customer I had to go out of my way to not be an inconvenience to someone who is getting paid to do nothing. I respectfully advise management to make rounds and check on associates being on their phone .
