  10/10 would not go again. They use an AI ordering, which is ok if you know what you want, but try discussing what you want in the car with other people and there is your order! Last trip ordered a $5 MVP meal with double cheese burger, and the $3 dollar sourdough burger. Dude at the window said it would be $28 dollars. I asked how it could be 28 and he said the deals were discontinued. I was with my elderly mother, she did not want to deal with it so we just paid. Got a Big Bufford combo and a bacon double sourdough thing, and somehow a third double cheese burger (was charged for it also). The wrappers were marked the was we ordered (no onions etc..), but every burger was wrong.

  The food was good but like many other places I've been..the drive thru gets priority and its frustrating. I ordered at walk up window( although I had my car there) then someone ordered at drive thru and got ALL their stuff before I did.

  Today 4/17 @ 1115 am. A young woman in drive thru finished her personal phone call (per black ear bud) and made me wait to pay. That was the most horrible display of customer service! I love rallys and have always loved it since a kid which is why I drive 40 mins with my kids to get the banana shake..funnel fries and seasoned fries from lake elsinore. I spent almost $50 just so my husband could get attitude for asking for hot dogs that are plain. Granted I ordered them not knowing they have mustard but in the end a simple fix with a smile would have been great. Snatching the bag from my husband and tossing the items in the trash is unwarranted and ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Not sure what the hell her problem was but when you work in food service and ran a store like I have for 24 years this needs to be evaluated how we handle customers. Since the employees get paid by customers like myself! Without us there would not be any checks to recieved. Extremely disappointed in whoever you have leading this location and hope it gets fixed.

  It's different first time. Food is good the automatic ordering with AI was different..
