  When I got into the building, nobody took my order. I tried to customize my deal on the machine. The machine took my order, but wanted fries with that couldn’t get fries so and I’m paying for two Mc doubles route customer service. Nobody pays attention this place never come back again. They got the order wrong. Didn’t do anything about it will not come back

  I was looking for a McDonald's and happened upon this brand new McDonald's restaurant. You might have to get used to it because they no longer offer the option to get your own drinks. I had a coffee, but I also wanted some water. I had a water bottle but they were not allowed to take it over the counter. They got a cup and filled it with water and then poured that into my bottle. At least they took care of that for me, but it was a bit awkward and it could be slow during a busy restaurant. Another thing that I found interesting was that their meal deals only lists complete. No longer do they list the single item without a drink or a side. The server said they were available, but it's awkward to stand up there and ask the prices because they're not visible. Still, if you're looking for a McDonald's is a small but efficient site.

  They dont have a baby changing table. Especially being near the freeway. We stopped to grab a snack and restrooms and they didnt have a baby changing table. Big inconvenience. Service was okay and the food was the usual. Are they not allowed to give ketchup or something? Does it come out of their check?

  Lady on the intercom was rude and didn't confirm my order. So I just drove up to the second window. I asked for 1 ranch and 1 sweet an sour sauce and the lady said if you want sauce you have to pay them..... 82 cents each for a little sauce packet is crazy.

  I used to come here on my way home of my 2 hours drive and I don’t like to be treated bad! The little cashier so Rude!!! The cashier on the second window was very rude, giving stinky face when I told her the tea was water down and she forgot 2 of 4 drinks. She left the lid open on one of my drinks, spilled and she left laughing when I was looking at her with my drink . No napkins and on top off that!!! She needs to be warned about her customer service!!!!
