  Ive never had a problem going to this McDonald's before. I am beyond mad and that girl on the drive through even had the audacity to laugh in my face all because I was asking for more soda because the cup wasn't even full all the way, she said it was just missing ice not soda like what the heck am paying for soda not for freaking ice 🤬🤬🤬 McDonald's you need to do better is this how you pay your customers. And am assuming the manager on site let's her employees act this way because she was right there too. Is this is why they wanted a raise so bad, to treat customers like this. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Shame on you McDonald's

  I order 20 min before arriving and I still had to wait 15 more minutes after I arrived, to go inside the restaurant to see what’s going on with my order. What is the point of ordering online.

  I would say this is probably the most efficient of all the McDonald's in Escondido and that's a good thing because it's in the busiest location of all of them as well. Like all other McDonald's if you want to save the most money you got to use that app!

  I’ve been a regular at this location for a long time, specifically bringing my child here at this exact time so he can play while we eat. Today, we were told the playground was closed simply because 'no one was there.It’s incredibly frustrating to have a established routine ignored with such a dismissive reason. We’ve never had issues at this time before, and to have my child's afternoon ruined over what seems like a management choice is disappointing. I hope the location reconsiders keeping the play area accessible during regular hours for families who rely on it.

  When I placed my order, I wasn't aware that they were about to close. The employee who was getting ready to shut down for the night looked rather displeased. As I sat waiting for my food, he turned around and headed back into the kitchen to prepare it. A young woman standing at the cash register then called out toward the kitchen, asking, "What are you doing?" Less than a minute later, that same disgruntled-looking employee emerged with my order. I hoped it was just my imagination, but I couldn't bring myself to eat the food; instead, I took it outside and threw it away.
