  I had a great experience at Jamba Juice! Everything was fresh, delicious, and made perfectly. A special thanks to Lydia for her wonderful customer service. She was so friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. It’s always nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel welcome.   Did you know they have Steel Oats with fruit- 3 kinds and they are delicious!! This is a big plus for me cause you can't get good oats from a juice place.

  I’m writing this because I’ve noticed a frustrating and consistent pattern at this location. Every time I visit, the establishment is either severely short-staffed or completely packed with only one person available to assist a long line of customers. It is clear that the staff on-site are doing their best, but they are being set up for failure. It’s unfair to both the employees and the customers to have such a bottleneck. Management needs to prioritize scheduling accordingly or hiring additional associates to handle the volume. I value my time, and unfortunately, I’ve had to spend too much of it waiting here. I hope to see an improvement in the staffing levels soon, as it’s currently making the customer experience very difficult.
