The quality of the food I received was completely unacceptable and nowhere close to the standards I expect from a restaurant I am paying my hard-earned money for. The food was poorly made, looked unappetizing. What made this experience even worse was how my food was brought to me. The order was handled carelessly, arrived messy, and did not look like something a customer should receive. It was clear that there was a lack of attention to detail and respect for the person who ordered it. I am extremely frustrated that I spent money on a meal that was this disappointing. Customers should not have to settle for poor-quality food, sloppy preparation, and an order that looks like no one cared. Chipotle needs to do better with food quality, employee attention to detail, and how orders are handled. This was a terrible experience, and I expect better from a company that claims to value its customers.

Not only was my order not ready but it was sitting on the counter have finished getting cold. The steak is overcooked. The whole meal is cold and honestly it looked like I got half the portion I normally do... I feel like this location has skipped out on portions more than a few times on to go orders. The person making my food didn't clean his hands or use new gloves agree helping a customer when finishing my meal. Honestly wish I would've refused this order.
