  got snarked at for asking for a cup of water 😭… i don’t eat at chipotle as i’ve just never had any interest in the food. but for the ONE time i went here at the mall to get a small cup of water for my wife who wasn’t feeling well, some scrawny dude at the front sighed heavily and rolled his eyes when i asked for a damn cup of water yall 😭… WATER. when he poured it i politely but suggestively asked, “was that too much to ask?” and he goes “nah it just takes too long to make and i’m trying to close man”… i then said i understand and thanked him. thinking back on it, it took approximately 4-6 seconds to pour from the fountain. how the hell does that take too much to ask dude, i work blue collar and probably make less than him and it’s an inconvenience for me to ask for one ingredient? shame on him. very unprofessional and rude. that’s my first impression of chipotle as a customer who doesn’t even EAT there, by the way. imagine how employees are here on the regular.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I came in around 6:30 PM, knowing they close at 7:00, so I wasn’t walking in last minute. At that time, I would still expect a restaurant to be fully operational and serving customers properly. Unfortunately, they were completely out of almost everything that matters. No protein options, no salsas, no guacamole, and not even chips. It honestly felt like they had already shut down for the night while still technically being open. That’s frustrating as a customer, especially when you make the effort to come in during business hours expecting a normal experience. There didn’t seem to be any urgency from the staff to restock or offer alternatives, and the overall impression was that they were just waiting for closing time rather than actually serving customers. I understand that things run out occasionally, but being out of nearly the entire core menu with 30 minutes left in the day is not acceptable. It reflects poor planning and weak operational management. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on this experience. If you’re going to stay open until 7:00, customers should be able to order a full meal, not whatever scraps are left.

  Predictable tasty and fresh ingredients making the combinations endless. The bowls are big enough to take home leftovers.
