    Chick Fil A, in my experience, was like In-N-Out when it came to quality. I'd never eaten at a bad one. I'd never had an experience I'd consider poor. I'd never had an issue with an order at In-N-Out ever, and if I did at Chick-fil-A, they made it right. That was my opinion until I went to this location, at least. The longest waits I've ever experienced at Chick-fil-A (12, 16, 17, and 19 minutes on four different visits), with the worst quality control on food I've experienced even with those wait times, and despite attempts to have them make it right with their support, there's been nothing but radio silence. And these issues didn't happen just once. I'm only doing this after the family has been there four times now hoping they've improved after some time. That isn't the case. The issues are consistent with every order I've placed. They are one for four on my order accuracy experience. And the one order they got right was just a Frosted Lemonade that still took 12 minutes to get. Go to the West Valley Parkway location. Do not waste your time here.

    BEWARE - Outdoor seating only. Cold and miserable.Bathrooms require codes. Save yourself the headache and go to the other chick on autoparkway. Two other people who were there before me had their order messed up and food was not edible. My order was messed up and fries were over salted and undercooked. I showed my receipt and Brittany said she would make the order again. She tells me to throw the food away in the trash. Took 7 minutes for her to show up , only because I was walking back to the window. I asked her for my money back at this point. She said she remade the order , I told her I did not want it anymore. She said she could not give me my money back because she remade the order ???? Another manager overheard and told me to throw it away and I could have my money back after he took my card away for 5 minutes. I let him know I am catholic and I will give this food away to a homeless or someone in need but if he can carry the sin of throwing away the food then he can go ahead and take it.

    Came in this morning for my usual breakfast, asked for a number 3 (SPICY BISCUIT) instead the server took it upon himself to put it as a Non spicy biscuit sandwich, which is on me maybe he didn’t hear me say spicy but if there’s two options, he should’ve clarified which option I want and instead of putting of what he thought anyways, I tried to call the store and instead of taking straight to the Chick-fil-A store. It has a whole customer service line set up. I called four different times and didn’t get no help from nobody to try to get a refund or maybe to come in and trade my sandwich. This isn’t the first time they gave me the wrong sandwich.

    I waited in line with my dad for over an hour and thirty minutes, we were almost out of gas but naturally we thought because we’re hungry and chick-fil-a is usually pretty quick, we’d be set. BUT NO we waited and waited and even had to ask why it’s taking so long. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SLAP A SAND-WHICH FROM THE FRIDGE INTO THE BAG AND HEAT UP THE FRIES. And God almighty were the fries terrible. ON TOP OF THAT, we paid for a large drink and got a medium instead. We barely made it out with enough gas but we didn’t make it out with our good spirits. But in the end we did end up bonding over how horrible this service was, so that was the only good side.

    Placed mobile order, was a total of 4 items. Burrito large hash brown minis and a coffee. Never got my coffee had to go back to get it. Once I got home I open the bag and there’s the minis a burrito and sack for sauces no hash brown. Go back to store to get hash brown after telling them I never received it they gave me it and said sorry for inconvenience. Hash brown was a regular size despite me paying extra for large. So I went back two times to get my order corrected and still was given the wrong order. Staff is nice but unbelievably disorganized. This was my 4th time coming here every time before something has been forgotten in my order, this is the first time I spoke up and it still wasn’t even fully accommodated. They refunded my meal after I complained 3x but shift lead was reluctant to do it and wanted me to just take a card for a free item instead.
