- TGTaylor Gonzalez5 days ago1.0Horrible customer service. I stood at self checkout waiting for help for nearly 10 minutes before I gave up and left. I pressed help and nobody came for assistance. I watched multiple employees that could’ve come over. This is not the first time there has been a total lack of assistance from employees at the store. Ended up just leaving. Employees at the store rarely take any initiative to help customers. Go to a different Albertsons
