  My son went in on his way home from school and ordered his $20 worth of food and waited for an hour and a half for his order. Ended up leaving with no food and no money, this place is a joke, horrible customer service she refused to give him food or give me her name. Told me her manager is unavailible and i should call back tommarrow.

  I went through the drive through to order my food but for some reason my app was not working. I went to the window to see if I could compromise or get help so the cashier went to get his manager. The manager approached me with a hostile attitude and said that she couldn’t do anything. Mind you, many other locations had done SOMETHING to help. This woman just gave me a dirty look and an attitude like it was my fault. After a bit, I stopped trying and started to pull up my online wallet. This woman then says “so do you want the food or what?” In a very rude tone. I simply said yes and paid. Then as I’m driving out I realized I was missing a drink… the workers are great but the manager- not so much.

  Missing items from a large order person at drive through window was rude and was unhelpful when told we were missing items demanded a receipt even though they were the person that just handed us the order and they had not given us a receipt then snapped back at us once we got upset because he was demanding a receipt which was upsetting since he did not give us a receipt and he was the one that just gave us the food.
