  Great place to bring family! Very upbeat and never a place to worry about talking too loud! Huge servings, it is a good value! We had 6 people and shared a pizza and Big plate of Fettuccine Alfredo, and that was plenty! Added a colossal brownie at the end, it was delicious!! There is a ton to look at and laugh about as a family, and there is also outstanding artwork and pictures of Italy! Very creative "Rooms." Overall fun vibe for everyone!!

  I was hugely disappointed. I've eaten here a few time ls throughout my life; the service, the food, the ambiance, they have always been above expectations; but I guess, time and the recent dining or things to do climate has taken a toll on this restaurant. We were a decent sized party so the food ordered was ordered for more of like a buffet style eating than individual entrées, but I seem to remember pasta accompanying their dishes even when ordering food in this fashion. There wasn't any. A couple dishes ordered were chicken limone and salmon basilica. Neither of these dishes came with a pasta, just the meat and nothing else... and both of these meats were dry and overcooked. At $60 a person, I expect the food to be well prepared and I have never eaten at an Italian restaurant that did not have some sort of pasta, usually angel hair, with their chicken picata (apparently this restaurant renamed it limone). The service was average. Nothing to write home about. Definitely not worth the exceptional price they charge. For example, I ordered 'water with lemon'. His response was, "I'm bringing water for everyone already, anything else"... he brought my water, but no lemon and he did not bring water for everyone. 2 guests at our table did not get a water and one of them wanted it. I had to ask a third time, to get the lemon. Yeah... sad experience and based on this one, I wouldn't recommend.

  Dinner at Buca di Beppo was an absolute blast—big portions, bold flavors, and a fun, energetic atmosphere that makes the whole night feel like a celebration. But the standout was definitely our server, Field. He brought the perfect mix of humor, attention to detail, and spot-on recommendations that made everything feel effortless. It’s rare to come across service that memorable, and he really elevated the entire experience. Already looking forward to the next visit.

  I had such a great time at Buca di Beppo—the whole experience was fun, lively, and the food was incredible. What really made the night, though, was our server, Field. Super attentive without being overbearing, genuinely friendly, and had great recommendations. You can tell he actually cares about making sure you have a good time. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely be back.

  We had an absolutely incredible lunch at Buca di Beppo in Encino! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a fun day home from school! What truly took our lunch to the next level, however, was the service. Our waiter, Field, was phenomenal. He was funny, high-energy, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, making sure every detail of our meal was handled perfectly even handling some rowdy 9 year olds with a sense of humor. It is rare to find someone who genuinely enhances the dining experience with such a positive attitude. The food was delicious and served in those classic, generous portions we love, but Field’s service is what really made the day memorable. Can't wait to come back again soon!
