She does an amazing job selecting thoughtful substitutions in the app when items are out of stock, which I really appreciate. Whenever I catch it and complain to a clerk they seem unconcerned and I get the impression this happens very frequently to others as well. I have also complained to Vons Corporate contact via the online form but have not gotten any response.
