They were basically out, but said a fresh batch was already cooking — just 7-10 min out. Told them no worries, I’ll wait. They rang me up anyway and even gave me a free drink while I hung around, which was nice. Then right after I paid, they called me over and asked if there was “enough steak” in my bowl. I genuinely thought they were offering extra on top of what I already had, so I said sure. Got home and realized… nope. They just scraped together whatever was left at the very bottom — like 8 pieces, ice cold — instead of just waiting for the fresh batch like I said I would. One guy working there was great though — polite, on top of things, and he even checked with his coworkers on his way out to make sure someone had apologized to me. But that doesn’t really make up for the fact that I said I’d wait and they gave me the scraps anyway. Been here a few times now and honestly wouldn’t recommend this location.
