  I just walked away from the store I was trying to talk to the non-english speaking or understanding English worker Manning the door because it was closing what my question was cuz nobody was answering the phone is if they had a refilling water station they're inside the store so when I come back tomorrow I will know that or don't come back here tomorrow but you can't even answer that he just checked on his hands exaggerated no no no no no no no no no no no no no no".. Excuse Me I understand iTs closed I don't want to come here tomorrow if you don't have a water refill station inside the store please excuse Me stop talking over Me and answer Me if you stop telling Me no Nooo we my manager says clos ed sirlisten to the question please let Me talk to that employee" as I pointed at him and he looked right at me and ignored me also and then another worker that look like a manager came out of the office right to the right there and she just looked at me and watched him as he went Sue The swinging bars to go inside the store better and he's up in the front and he ignored me and I was waving at him looking right at him you got to take care of your customers very well you couldn't answer the question cuz I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone either I will never come back here and I will recommend anybody else not to come here meaning of the woman single trying to ask a question I didn't want to come back here because there's people all hanging around here that aren't safe looking that man cannot speak English or understand English 10 pics of someone in the front door and the police in fact it doesn't know how to do either to answer my question or whatever your employees that looked at me three of them didn't answer my question while I was right there don't even know why I'm giving you one star

  I typically don’t write negative reviews, but I would be remiss if I didn’t in this case. This has to be the most poorly managed grocery store (within a major chain) I’ve ever been to. It’s closest to my home, but I often travel miles to another location to avoid it. Externally, safety and cleanliness are longstanding issues that have slightly improved in recent years, though the experience inside has not. I’ve witnessed countless altercations (verbal and physical), shoplifting, and animal nuisances (mainly dogs barking, licking food items, and in spaces where food is handled or placed). There are always long cashwrap lines, even during peak hours, with cashiers who aren’t trained on the practices to reduce them—failing to call for backup when needed and properly redirect lines when a new cashwrap opens. While shopping, I frequently encountered open packages, spilled liquids, and half-eaten items (usually from the deli/hot food counter) in various places. This is a management issue, demonstrating extremely poor leadership and representation of the Albertsons brand. What’s most disappointing is that the conglomerate clearly isn’t interested in improving the customer experience at this store, due to the fact that it’s located in a largely underserved area. It’s just another glaring example of inequity in the local retail landscape.

  They sold us 1-month expired product!!! This is very unethical!! I was about to open it 30 minutes after buying it from the store and the package looks and feels weird. So I checked the date. Good thing I checked before using it and getting sick.

  Out of all the Safeways I’ve been to this is the least appealing one. Visually and in terms of the overall experience . Some staff members don’t even know where things are located tier various hours of operations.
