- SKSargun KalotraSep 21, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this Baskin-Robbins. The service was unhygienic, and the overall cleanliness did not meet the standards I would expect from a food establishment. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to explain my concern and ask for help ,nobody answered . Customers should be treated with respect, especially when raising a legitimate concern about hygiene. I hope baskin robbins management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the cleanliness and customer service at this location. I won’t recommend this location.
- AHAnon HelpAug 21, 20265.0Case on left don't got much. Dubai which is pistachio actually great in ice cream. Way better than other Dubai flavors. Galactic Brownie great. Beats other brownie flavors which weak. Skip Pumpkin. Weak flavor. Too much egg taste.
- VDVictoria Crow DogAug 15, 20263.0The ice cream is amazing. The service is not so good. Same lady every time we go, she had no help, and she comes off rude, seems inconvenience by customers, wears headphones all day, half the time she’s in a full on conversation in the phone and ignores customers. And then asks for a tip. She seems so miserable..I hope she can find a job she actually likes.
- WCWillie CarterJul 1, 20265.0Me and my 9 year old Son stopped in for some ice cream 🍨 on a hot day 😁. Customer service was decent 💯
