My girlfriend placed a order and we went to go pick it up. An African American girl brought out our order and she was very RUDE. When I was trying to ask her question she just brush me off and throw my food in my car. Won't be coming back.

All stressed out and aggressive telling me to go grab a cart. And after that, she was given attitude regarding the customer's address. She again spoke really aggressive. When I asked about the customer's name after that I asked for a manager. She ignored my question. And she responded by the managers not here instead of taken to effort and find out what's going on, or why? I'm asking for one I went ahead, and I spoke to a manager after she left and the manager was welcoming. And very professional, she explained to me that that's not acceptable.And if I could send her an email regarding the matter. Later today i came back to return the order due to wrong address celeste again started questioning. Why I am returning the items in a rude way and if i really went to the customer's address? Asking me questions she shouldn't and talking the way she did when she should only do her job and be nice to customers. Employee name celeste. Dark skin curly hair. The incident happened around 1:30 where the front desk customer service area Came back around 2:45. 07/19/2026
