  Aimie who works at this store is so considerate and nice, very helpful! I’m recovering from a recent knee injury and so I placed a mobile order through the Safeway app. The rep who was shopping for my order at first was not responding back to the chat for substitutions (ie. I have a peanut allergy and they got peanut butter ice cream) and so I called the store and got ahold of aimie and she took over mid shopping to get my order corrected and even found the items that were marked as substituted even though they were in stock! She is amazing. The other people there could take some training and advice from her on how to do your job properly. Amazing!’

  I just did a pick up order and good thing I checked the bag before leaving! I only purchased 3 items and was so excited to try the Hero brand tortillas. I pulled them out and they were half covered in mold! It was so bad that the mold was flaking off and looked like dirt all inside the bag and at the bottom of the bag. The expiration was February and it is August. Who in their right mind would give these to a customer?!?? When grabbing the bag there is no way that someone didn’t notice this!! I hope my video uploads because it is so disgusting!! I will definitely not be returning to this location. I also had a bad experience here months ago when I ordered a sandwich platter for my daughter’s birthday. We called days in advance and ordered them with a date and time. On the day of when I showed up they did not have them! The note was overlooked and no one made them! I had to wait 30 minutes for them to make it and was late for my own child’s birthday party!

  I love this Safeway, The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable when i ask them questions. The Store layout is great, They always have what im looking for. My only problem I have is that the phone/wifi is horrible. I've not been able to use my Safeway app inside the store which means I dont have access to my digital only coupons and other rewards from the app. If not for that I woul

  Safeway: Butchers Jason and Johnathon 100% deserve a pay raise x2 whenever it’s pay raise year. They always go above and beyond with their customer service skills. I love how they both go out of their way to satisfy the customer’s needs… I’ve visited this store numerous times and always wait for these two because I know who the grade A top performers are…..
