  Tamyra (I hope I spelled that correctly) is amazing. So nice and knows so much about the drinks and never gets annoyed with all the questions. She gets 10 stars!

  Service is always just okay. The drinks r good tho. We came in 30 min before closing and they said the blenders are closed just because they did not want to have to clean it again lol

  Tried a new boba drink place, Heard good things about it, ordered A mango snow with regular boba and strawberry popping boba, while I was drinking it, an orange square that was hard and tasted like straight fish hit my mouth. I threw up. Not recommended.

  I’ve been going to Moomoo’s since they first opened near Monterey Trail High School, and I’ve always had a solid experience; until today. Unfortunately, the boba in my drink was completely tasteless. When I mentioned it to the female cashier, I felt dismissed, as if my concern wasn’t being taken seriously and I was just lying. It’s really disappointing as a loyal customer to be met with poor hospitality. One of the other workers was more understanding and did try to apologize, which I appreciated. However, the “fix” was just putting the same boba into a new cup and pouring my melted drink back over it. The boba was still not sweet, and the quality of the drink was worse. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. Moving forward, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. (7/24 at 5:30 pm female associate)

  Very expensive. Weakest melon Boba I've ever had. Almost $8, crazy. Too much milk in it, kids working weren't very knowledgeable about their product. Nice atmosphere though. That's their saving grace. I won't be back.
