The manager Gloria Hernandez refused to let me have my creamer separate because she claimed it's Mc Donald's policy to give the creamer separate. "They have a pump and they have to do it" That's ridiculous! That's unbelievable!

Two orders got mixed up (which happened when you're busy) but they figured out the situation, gave us both new fries! All with a smile on there face .. then, gets even better!! One employee was literally taking care of the lobby like I've never seen she was on her hands and knees scrubbing scuffs, spilled food, everything.. smile on her face, bathrooms, spotless, lobby, spotless. All this during lunch rush. Absolutely impressive
