- AAAcumenJul 23, 20265.0We usually only wait for vacationing in Japan to eat Tonkatsu ramen . We jsut came back from Japan , and missed eating ramen so decided to try Maru Ramen. I admit it one of the best Tonkatsu Ramen I ever eaten, even better than most ramen shops in Tokyo. Everyone in my family enjoy the ramen. The pork portion was plenty for me. I did not expect the egg to be marinated and it was slight salty, but I consider egg extra protein since it usually not serve with ramen. So must be eaten with the ramen to dilute .
- JCJustin ChoiJun 28, 20261.0Weirdest experience I just had. It’s 7:20 and the restaurant is not busy at all. We walk in and ask for a table for 8. There are tables available everywhere and we ask if we can sit in the corner since we have a toddler that will need a high chair. We get told. No we have to sit around the tree where to sun is shining in our eyes since they “might be busy later”. I was so instantly turned off by this response. I hope you can check the cameras at 7:20 pm on June 28 and see just how much space was available in the restaurant for us to be told to sit at the tree. Would not recommend if you want to sit with your family.

When I asked if I could exchange it for something else, the waiter said I would have to pay for both dishes because it had already been prepared. Poor food quality and disappointing customer service. On our most recent visit we tried the Garlic Parmesan wings which paired perfectly with Sapporo beer. When it comes to the Ramen we usually share the bowl since its a pretty big portion size for us but wow it is absolutely delicious! The creamy bone broth, garlic oil, the pork chasu & the perfectly boiled egg is like heaven in a bowl 🥣.
