- HPHabibi PicksSep 5, 20261.0Worst experience ever ordered online yet the order was delivered missing the beef patties and the cheese, I couldn't get any help from the online service so I came to the location thinking if I explain to the manager what happened he would happily make me new ones since it's their mistake, (Drew) the manager decided not to help and simply said that he cannot do anything about it and I need to go online and send an email I really don't understand what kind of customer service is that if I drove 20 minutes to fix an order that they completely messed up yet to be told I can't do anything about it the manager said that he can only fix it if it was made and purchased from the store completely not acceptable very unprofessional and hostile, Drew should be demoted he and all the shift were closing down when their priority is to serve people, I asked him his full name he refused to give it thinking that he is a big shot. Said complain about Drew and they'll know who I am. I hope management read this and contact me as this is really bad for business. Very bad experience!
