    I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but the customer service at this Dutch Bros on Elk Grove Blvd near Hwy 99 is consistently terrible. Almost every time I come to this location, I have a bad experience, and today was no different. The employee serving me, Sofia, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. She kept ignoring me and refused to give me a pink straw after I specifically requested one. When the young man took my order in the drive-thru, I clearly asked him to put down that I wanted a pink straw, which is the same request I make every time I come to Dutch Bros. Instead, he sarcastically put down that I requested a “big straw.” Why would I ask for a “big straw”? That isn’t even what I said or something I was trying to order. It was such a simple request, yet both employees made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable and rude. I should not have to feel like I’m bothering employees just because I’m asking for something as simple as a certain color straw. I’ve tried contacting management about the service at this location before, but I just get directed to a general 1-800 number. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed. Both Dutch Bros locations in Elk Grove have given me poor service, but this location near Hwy 99 has been by far the worst. I would not recommend this location based on the repeated poor customer service I’ve experienced. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being treated. Looking at my receipt she gave me the wrong name as Sofia when receipt says Allison

    Very unprofessional staff here. Girl making drinks shooting expletives to her coworker while there are children outside. And my drink was made incorrectly. Lame.

    I come here on a Saturday morning with my friend and the girl working the window at 4:50am was extremely rude that was unacceptable

    Dropped in here while visiting from Texas. Service was great and fast! It is horrible getting into the coffee shop. The traffic and lack of lanes is difficult to maneuver. I figured it out after cutting off another Dutch Bros customer. I brought their drink to make up for it.. 😆
