  Great baristas/workers. The slider was very small though. My drink was great as always.

  The lady helping me with my order was not to friendly was so quick to cut me off ordering I ordered one iced coffee and one kids green apple smoothie she asked me if I wanted that blended… she didn’t even scan my app The coffee was delicious… Experience was alright

  Every time I come to this Dutch Bros, my drink is made wrong. I order the exact same drink every visit a large Blueberry H2O with strawberry boba yet somehow my order is consistently incorrect. This time, they gave me mango boba instead of strawberry boba. After realizing the mistake, I had to get back in line and wait again just to get it addressed. When I spoke with Sergio about it, I was met with a rude and unprofessional attitude that made the situation even more frustrating. At that point, I no longer wanted the drink remade. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, so I simply wanted a refund. As a customer, I expect mistakes to be corrected with professionalism and courtesy, not attitude. I understand that errors happen, but this location repeatedly gets my order wrong, and the poor customer service made this experience even worse. Unfortunately, this visit left such a negative impression that I don’t plan on returning anytime soon. Management should focus on both order accuracy and how customers are treated when problems arise.

  Always seems to be under staffed. Takes forever to get through the line no matter how long it is. See less and less of people taking the orders on foot. Generally slow and a gas suck. Friendliness has dipped over the last year.

  This Dutch location is one of my favorites. I’ve been coming here since around 2015, and while the broistas aren’t always the same, they consistently remain friendly, great customer service, and helpful. One thing that has become frustrating recently is the wait times due to the lack of staffing? Sometimes it’s not even busy. There will only be 4-5 cars ahead of me, yet it takes 20–25 minutes just to get my drink. In the past, they seemed to be staffed MUCH better, and even with long lines, things moved much faster. Now it feels less efficient. Since there are two drive-thru lanes, having only one person working each window while also having them make the drinks doesn’t seem like enough staff for a high-traffic location like Dutch. I still enjoy coming here, but the wait times lately have been disappointing.
