  I have been a loyal Dutch Bros customer for a long time and order the exact same drink almost every single day through the app. At this location, I was refused the drink I had already ordered and paid for. I was told they would not make it the way it was ordered, even though other Dutch Bros locations have no issue making it exactly the same. Instead of trying to find a solution, the employees argued with me, raised their voices, and made the interaction unnecessarily confrontational. I wasn't asking for anything extra or free. I simply wanted the drink I had ordered. I contacted Dutch Bros customer support afterward. They apologized, offered a free drink, and said they would escalate the incident to local management for coaching. While I appreciate the response from corporate, it doesn't change how unprofessionally I was treated in the store. Customer service matters just as much as the product. I expect to be treated with respect, not argued with over an order I've purchased countless times before. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in this location's management or customer service.

  There were about 15 to 20 cars in the drive through so we went to the walk up window to order. We waited at the window for about 5 minutes before anyone took our orders. After the guy took our orders there was about four other people that came and ordered and one of them had five drinks. We waited for about 15 minutes and still no drinks. Went to the window to ask about what was going on and it took them about another five minutes for them to come to the window with the person that ordered last and on top of that, they had five drinks. There was no apologies, no communication, no both. They made my drink wrong, then while waiting for my boyfriend’s drink they gave someone else their drink that ordered after us again. The icing on the cake was after all that, they made my boyfriend’s drink wrong too. Terrible service all the way around.

  Every single time I arrive and they are talking to the person in front of me for like 20 mins. They will look at you and STILL continue the conversation while you are kept waiting with your car on and wasting gas. That’s the only reason I stopped coming here. I see other people in the reviews mentioning the SAME thing.

  I never reallt came here because I live closer to the one on Sheldon but this dutch is always consistent & the workers are always sweet. I've had some bad experiences with the other one making bad drinks and being unkind so its very appreciated ! thank you guys
