  I just picked up from this location and I cannot believe how small the portions are. The food was cold and both bowls we're missing something. They are not even trying to hide it. It's so obvious. I don't understand how can they do this without worrying about the complaints. This is the type of careless approach that puts restaurants out of business. I will not be going back to this Chipotle ever again.

  Although the employees are kind, this location is super messy. The mess didn’t bother me much, I’d usually bring my own wipes to clean my sitting area. But today, I found half of a grasshopper in my food. I felt so disgusted I couldn’t hold in the food I had already ate. A good amount of people saw me pull out the insect from my bowl. I began to feel super anxious, I do have anxiety and just wanted to go home after that. I wish I would’ve complained to the employees to get my money back. I understand mistakes can happen, but please have your employees clean their areas and especially their lettuce better. I only found half of the insect, I’m scared I ate the other half.

  Are employees at this location ever assigned to clean? Every time we eat at this location, the number of employees always outnumber the customers. Yet it seems like everyone is too busy to clean. Today, we were the only customers at the time and while waiting for our order, we started cleaning the table OURSELVES... all while the employees continued chatting with each other. In the 15-20 minutes we spent eating at this location, the beans on the table next to us didn't get wiped off, the straw wrappers and used napkins on the floor didn't get picked up, and the finished Chipotle bags with trash in them continued to sit on the trash counter - as in an employee could have simply walked by and the breeze would have tipped the bag into the trash. But that would have required an employee to actually walk out past the front counter. I want to rate the food 2 stars (as if that's good), but seeing how dirty the restaurant says a lot about the standards of the employees. I recommend driving out further to a different location, or just go with another dining option at The Ridge. So disappointing...

  Probably my worst experience at a chipotle. I ordered a burrito for pick up and upon getting back to work to eat, I open the bag to see the burrito was not wrapped properly. The food was coming out of the tortilla and it was like they used the foil to cover up the unfinished wrapping of the burrito. I went back to the store to inform them and the line cook remade the order, but completely wrong. He grabbed the sticker from the foil of the burrito to see what was in the order, only to still make it wrong. Filled it with pico and corn even though it said “light” on it and didn’t add the protein that I had on my original order. I sadly didn’t notice he did that till I got back to work and at that point I was just annoyed and didn’t want to waist my time. What sucks the most about this is that I waisted my free entree reward for terrible service and the customer service on the app won’t do anything. In conclusion the customer service at this location is as other customers say; poor and with no interest in serving the customer. That was my last time going to that location.

  Good food for those looking for whole unprocessed options. Several meat options including beef, chicken, and pork. I am not a vegetarian however they do have options for those who are. If they are busy and you are ordering in store you may wait in line a while due to how the food is put together as you order and often patrons will be up to order and have no idea what they want slowing the process. Online and app ordering is available and will help you avoid this. If you eat in it can be noisy so not a great place to have conversations.
