  I’m assuming the older Hispanic lady is the manager. If so you all need to provide her with some serious coaching or completely terminate her. Her attitude is terrible and make the whole experience of the visit uncomfortable. There were 3 people total in line and she’s literally rushing through the order and getting the items wrong, huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes at young teenagers etc…

  Walked in to place an order. Black dude on the grill is on the phone laughing. One person is making the orders on the line. Definitely not sanitary to be on the phone while prepping food. Didn’t wash his hands after the call and got some gloves to cut the chicken.

  I ordered my order through door dash. It was the smallest half a bowl servings I have ever received at a Chipotle. After my add ons by bowl is almost $20 and for it to come half filled is bad buisness. My sons burrito was a good portion. Our other bowl was half full as well. Extremely frustrated with this location.

  If you’re expecting even basic customer service, you might want to reconsider coming here. The entire experience felt disorganized and frustrating from start to finish. We were kept waiting with no acknowledgment, and when someone finally showed up, the service was slow and careless. Simple requests had to be repeated multiple times, and it felt like no one was paying attention. What made it worse was the attitude—staff seemed annoyed and completely uninterested in doing their job. There was no effort to make customers feel welcome or taken care of. Spending money here felt like a mistake.   I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel it’s important to share. The service was extremely poor from the moment we walked in. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged, and once seated, it took even longer for anyone to take our order. Staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and we had to repeatedly ask for basic things like water and utensils. What made it worse was the attitude—there was no sense of urgency or care, and it honestly felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Good service doesn’t require perfection, but it does require effort and respect, and unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, because the experience left a very negative impression.
