I love Arby's despite how much people say how dry it may be. The food was great here, but we did have to wait a while in the parking lot for our chicken tenders to be ready instead of it already being done.

when the roast beef is sliced paper thin i love it, but sometimes its thicker and the texture is off putting, potato cakes always hot and i love arbys it hits the spot, this location is excellent

The food was okay I ordered through the mobile app and for some reason it didn't apply my code for my coupon I got to the store early I'll try to cancel it on the app it wouldn't cancel can even figure out how to cancel it I asked the worker and checked in told him I was there he said I was there 8 minutes early that they can't see the order yet that if I showed him what it was then they can make it I asked him about canceling it and redoing it so I could try to reapply the code because it was a spend $10 get a sandwich for $3 and he asked his manager and the manager didn't know how to do it and said that I had to cancel it myself through the app still couldn't figure it out as to work if he knew he said he didn't know how to do it so then I looked into customer service and tried to figure it out there and the only thing I can do is send them an email or complaint and then it wouldn't even let me send the complaint they kept on saying error.

Can I just call out the young man at the counter who was FANTASTIC! I didn't get his name but I haven't seen that level of service since before the pandemic at ANY restaurant! I was blown away at his attention and his willingness to help us! And yes! I got to place an order to a LIVE person who engaged with me and wasn't an app or a screen. Is that too much to ask for in 2026? Give that young man a raise!
