  Came for a bachelors party but weren’t told until we got here that the system was done. We got a bucket of balls to share and were left alone, workers took the night off and huddled in their own booth chatting.

  Waiting over 45 minutes for food and to have the manager tell us that there was a mid communication on the kitchen and they are about to start making our food. Worst service ever. And the manager just offered pretzel bites while we wait.

  Topgolf is the perfect place to try something new to do, or take part in a favorite pastime. The great part is that it is quite affordable for group outings. The staff’s very friendly and helpful. Plenty of TVs playing sports content, a full bar, plus an outdoor area to play corn hole if your golf game isn’t up to par. If you ever wanted to go, I hope this review gets you in the door!

  I’m disappointed with my experience at Topgolf El Segundo. During my visit, my vehicle was broken into, and when I requested assistance, including a review of available security footage, I did not feel supported in addressing the situation. I’m not requesting sensitive information, only reasonable cooperation in helping identify what occurred. Given that I reserved multiple bays for a scheduled event and made a significant financial investment, I expected a higher level of customer support and on-site security presence. While I understand there may be policies in place, the lack of responsiveness in a situation involving guest safety is concerning. I would strongly encourage others to consider this when planning their visit.

  I had a very unfortunate experience at Topgolf El Segundo on January 18 that I feel others should be aware of. During my visit, I was accidentally struck in the head by a golf club. The team lacked empathy and rushed me to leave as if I was a nuisance to them. The impact resulted in a hematoma and bruising on my forehead, nose, and shoulder. I experienced nausea afterward and had to see a doctor. I also had to take time off work, including missing an important onsite meeting with executives. I understand that accidents can happen, but what was especially disappointing was how long it took to reach a resolution. I first reported the incident shortly after it occurred on January 18, and it was not until March 31 that I received a final response that Topgolf would not be providing any compensation. As a gesture, I was offered another visit to Topgolf, including a room for 6 people for 2 hours and a food and beverage voucher. However, after sustaining a head injury at the venue, it is difficult to feel comfortable returning to a place that now feels unsafe. The situation involved medical symptoms, visible injury, and professional disruption, so the proposed resolution did not feel appropriate. I tried to handle this privately and patiently over the course of more than two months, but ultimately felt that my concerns were not meaningfully addressed. I followed up with the team just last week but they did not respond. I am sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions, and also in the hope that Topgolf will reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future. When a guest experiences a physical injury at an establishment, there should be a stronger effort to demonstrate care, accountability, and resolution. I hope Topgolf will review its safety awareness practices around swinging clubs and improve how customer injuries are handled going forward.
