Then he rushed us with paying the bill. I was also celebrating a birthday and was going to order a birthday order and couldn't get the chance to. Luckily the security guard close to us was very helpful and rectified the situation.

This was our first time at this specific location, we are originally from Arizona and were in LA visiting. The service was good and the food was decent, we ordered several appetizers to share between the table. The food did take a while to come out but it was extremely busy so it was understandable. The reasoning behind the low review is because of the atmosphere/other customers. First off, the parking lot smelled horribly of Marijuana. Inside the venue there were several large parties that were being extremely loud and using vulgar language. We had asked to move booths but they were completely full, the waitress told us the manager would speak to them but we never saw that happen. We decided to leave early after a fight broke out inside the venue. We never saw any security guards or police show up to help, the poor topgolf manager was trying to deescalate the situation. I'm not sure how it is during the week but I definitely DO NOT recommend coming here on the weekend, especially with family/kids. I have never felt unsafe at the topgolfs in Arizona, like I did at this location.
- MMMy5CentsSep 29, 20264.0We stopped by here twice on our vacation to LA. The first visit was only an hour for 3 of us at 11am, not busy at all and our server was very attentive and friendly. The games are fun to play but it would be cool to have more arcade style selections to keep our son engaged (otherwise it's just a driving range to him). Time went by quicker than expected. The provided adult clubs were ok but the kids clubs had damaged grips. Second visit a week later was an hour and half and during the evening, i pre-purchased an eat and play pavkage that gives you two meal options with your time for $57. This amount of time was better because we figured out hat you don't need to wait for the "game screen" to reset before taking your next swing, this speeds up gameplay. Two concerns- for some reason the system didn't recognize the account we created on our first visit so it charged us a $6 fee again, server said she would take care of it but it was still on our bill at the end. Secondly, our server had suggested we order our food through the app even though I had pre-purchased the package, making it seem like I would order 2 extra sides on top of the meal selections. The explanation given was confusing and I just ordered through the server instead. Would visit again, but just to hit some clubs.

When we arrived, we were then told that the waitlist had been closed and they were no longer accepting anyone. If we had been told there was a chance the waitlist could close, we obviously would have made a reservation instead of wasting our time driving out there. The biggest issue wasn’t that they were busy — it was the incorrect information we were given beforehand. Staff should be clearer with customers and recommend making a reservation if there’s any possibility of the waitlist closing. Really frustrating experience and something that could have easily been avoided with better communication.

Our food took approximately 45 minutes to arrive, and when it finally came, it was the wrong order. When we asked our server for help sending it back, he seemed annoyed that he had to assist us. Once we eventually received the correct food, we were given no plates, silverware, or napkins. Even the wings came without dipping sauce. Everyone at the table ordered drinks, but each time, we had to track down our server and remind him that we had placed an order. We should not have to repeatedly ask for items we already ordered. To prevent confusion, everyone opened and closed their own tab. Somehow, there was still an unexplained remaining balance of approximately $160 that we had to divide among ourselves. All of us have visited this Topgolf location multiple times and have never had an experience like this, so I want to be clear that this appeared to be a server-related issue. However, when you are paying roughly $1 per minute just to play, this level of service is unacceptable and absolutely not worth the cost. I considered speaking with management and asking for part of the bill to be comped, but by the end of the night, the entire situation felt so poorly handled that it seemed pointless. What should have been a fun birthday celebration turned into an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
