  I was just blown away by the flavors here. They absolutely nailed them. I was heartbroken when Ali'i Fish pulled up stakes at this property and left town, forcing me to drive further down to MB for my poke fix. But this place is off to a great start in making amends. I was very doubtful that a single restaurant could do justice to such a wide variety of food origins, but I just can't say enough about how delicious the food was...just so authentic and tasty. My daughter got the miso ramen, my wife got the green curry chicken spaghetti and I got the khao soi. All 3 absolutely delicious, though the last 2 were a bit on the spicy side. The ramen was perfect with a really rich umami broth. The curry I thought would be saucier, but the flavor was spot on. And the khao soi was on par with the best I had in Thailand last summer. Prices were surprisingly low for what you get. An amazing entree for what a fast food combo costs nowadays? Easy choice. Only complaints: The tap water has a noticeable chlorine taste, probably because we're not used to it (have a RO filter at home) and I would suggest they indicate the spice level for each dish on the menu as the green curry and khao soi were just a tad strong on spice.

  Excellent, authentic noodles. I'm still working my way through the menu, but I've yet to order anything at Everything Noodles that wasn't immediately cravable.

  Did a take out order. Food was great and the owner did an excellent job making sure our peanut allergy was adhered to. Looking forward to ordering again in a few weeks!

  We ordered the Tom Yum noodles, Pad See Ew, and fried rice for the kids. Everything was delicious! Fresh ingredients served on lovely dinnerware. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  This is my second time going here. The first time I dined in, this time I ordered takeout. Both times the food was delicious and healthy. It is not greasy at all, it doesn’t leave you feeling gross and groggy. The service is friendly and top tier. Unfortunately both times I went the place was empty. We really have to support this business, El Segundo! I would hate for it to close or move away.
