  Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced by far, I don’t know where they found their employees, they move at the pace of my great grandmother. For a second I thought I was at a zoo watching sloths. They burnt my tortilla and forgot my queso and when I got up and asked them to give it to me they just stood there looking at me as if I just asked them for the nuclear codes. I never dealt with lazier slower people in my life. Change who you hire because it seemed like they were all a group of friends who couldn’t care less about anyone who came into the store.

  The food is good. But tge place is always dirty. It seems they only focus on serving food and dont care about the restaurant's appearance. Tables always dirty and Trash cans over flowing with trash.

  This Chipotle near LAX has potential thanks to its convenient location, but my recent visit left a lot to be desired. The moment we walked in, the staff announced they were cash only, which was disappointing and inconvenient, especially since it was only 9:15 PM and they still had time before closing. Also they returned $3.09 in coins. 😧 The place felt disorganized, with a noticeably dirty dining area and food that looked stale in the trays. Despite the appearance, the meal itself tasted like the usual Chipotle—great flavor and familiar seasoning—which was a relief. Parking was plentiful and easy, making it a convenient stop for travelers or anyone staying in nearby hotels. Overall, while the food quality held up, the cleanliness and service issues made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been. With better organization and upkeep, this location could easily match the standards of other Chipotle restaurants.
