  The atmosphere was good nothing special but still good, but the food was very very good, I saw some people mix their bowl by shaking it before opening it definitely works and makes a difference, the only thing is that something in my food was spicy and I don’t think I ordered anything spicy but not a big deal.

  Matthew prepared my food and he did a great job. Andre checked me out and was super friendly . Company should let us tip! The food is always consistent and super yummy! They all have one in lax Airport Terminal 2 -3 with Delta. Enjoy!

  John was very kind and hospitable. The line was busy but he made sure to check in on me and ask how my day way. I appreciate that considering how hectic it was.

  I usually enjoy CAVA, but my recent experience at this location was disappointing. I ordered chicken with my meal, and the employee serving the protein gave me what looked like two half-filled scoops. The overall portions were also unusually small. At one point, I had to specifically ask for a little more of one of the ingredients because the initial serving was so tiny. It made the interaction uncomfortable, as if I were asking for extra food rather than simply expecting a reasonable portion of what I paid for. I understand that employees are expected to follow portion guidelines, and I’m certainly not asking anyone to overload my bowl. However, CAVA uses standardized menu and nutritional portions, and customers should be able to expect reasonable consistency from one visit to another. This meal was noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other CAVA locations. The staff were not openly rude, but the portions and overall service made the experience feel unnecessarily stingy. I hope management can provide some additional training on portion consistency. I like CAVA and would much rather leave a positive review next time.
