  I’ve come to this cava many times and Arianna is always super kind and friendly. Not only with me but anyone I see her interact with. Even when it’s busy and looks very stressful, she always has a smile on her face. The food is always good, but having kind people like her working here really makes a difference.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time visiting Cava, and I stopped in for a quick snack after a long drive. To be honest, I arrived feeling frustrated and a little irritable, but Arianna completely turned my day around. Before I even had a chance to look over all the options, she greeted me with the brightest smile and such a positive attitude. She was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. When I asked about substitutions, she immediately offered great recommendations, explained what items paired well together, and made the entire ordering process easy and enjoyable. She even offered me a cookie and a drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. Customer service like hers is rare these days. Arianna’s genuine kindness and enthusiasm made a lasting impression, and she is the reason I will absolutely return to this location. Not only was the food great, but my first Cava experience was memorable because of her. Thank you, Arianna, for making a stranger’s day a little brighter!

  CAVA is my favorite place Finally, I can eat European-style food that is not spicy. I go there 3–4 times every week. For about $12–15, you can get a full meal with good ingredients and healthy food for the whole day They have different menu options, so you can choose food for adults or kids. There are also many places to sit, both inside and outside I really recommend CAVA. It’s the best restaurant for me.

  I go to cava twice a week at the point and always have an amazing experience at CAVA thanks to Arianna! Shes always incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made my visit so much better. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customers, and Arianna definitely does. Her energy made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back due to the great service and how well my food was made!

  Had a very bad experience at this location. Arianna was very rude and angry. I originally asked Carla for my food, which I asked for feta cheese on the side. She told me that they do not put items on the side, therefore I asked her to leave the feta cheese out and Arianna proceeded to complete my order. Arianna added feta cheese on my plate and when I told her that I requested not to add cheese she became angry and reached out to a white gentleman who was in line before and offered him a free salad. She seemed upset and appeared as she wanted to ridicule me. I find her customer service disrespectful and racist.
