  I ordered extra toppings—crispy pepperoni and mushrooms—and paid extra for them, but neither topping was included on my pizzas. That was disappointing and not worth the extra charge. Quality control and order accuracy need improvement.

  Too many mistakes too many times. Today is the last straw. Countless times I've gotten a small mistake. Sometimes the wait is longer than what I was told. And sometimes they forget a topping or don't honor a promotion. But today, they royally messed up. We received the wrong order. Completely wrong not even close. Look outside and the delivery guy is gone. This is why I always choose carry out. I call the store but automatically get sent to an Indian call center. Why??? Eventually convince them to transfer me to the store Store says 45 minute wait. We decide to just drive and pick it up. They give us the correct pizza this time, BUT FORGOT TO MAKE THE REST OF THE ORDER claiming we received it when we did not. So now we have to wait for the rest of the stuff to be made while the pizza gets cold because they no longer have the food warmers. So now we have a hangry husband, hangry kids, we lost the delivery fee, we lost the tip, and we lost time. And most importantly, lost my patience with this location.
