  I could not get the key. Ask to get to the place where I could place the order. And pay for the order and get the number which it would have been my order. I even pushed the help button, and nobody assisted.

  If I could give zero I would!!! This whole staff is so unprofessional. We went to pick up our mobile order and our order was given out to the car in front of us. The manger is screaming because ETHAN COULD NOT GET IT TOGETHER! Which led the manger to yell at him over and over because she had to remake both orders. The car noticed it wasn’t their order and gave the food back to Ethan which Ethan proceeded to try to hand to us. We asked them to remake the food but after Ethan tried to laugh and act like we were being dramatic because the food was already touched by other people. He told us “it’s just food” not accounting that them shouting an each other and our time being wasted. The manger did not want to leave the food in our eye view to make sure we felt safe that we weren’t getting the same food. She kept saying I have to move it to the back to the waste. We asked for a refund where she was also annoyed like we were just wasting her time. The cashier Ethan also gave a fake name saying his name was Aaron but we heard her yelling Ethan almost 100 times just waiting in the window. This has to be the worst location. The whole staff needs to be replaced. The manger does not have the professionalism at all. She could be heard screaming over and over instead of problem solving.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review This McDonald’s in El Monte is a really solid and reliable location, especially when you need something quick while you’re out handling your day. Being right next to Sam’s Club makes it super convenient. The staff here are very friendly and professional — they truly made the experience pleasant and welcoming. One thing to know is that this location does not accept EBT. If you’re using the kiosks, they’ll automatically prompt you to pay, which can be a little confusing if you’re planning to use cash. The way around it is to let the payment screen time out, and then it will give you the option to pay at the counter. Once you know that, it’s easy to navigate. I also noticed that the deals in the app were a bit different at this location. For example, instead of the usual Filet-O-Fish deal, they had a Big Mac meal for around $8, which is a great value considering the sandwich alone is usually that price. Definitely check your app for current deals when you visit. Overall, this location came through exactly when I needed it. Great service, convenient location, and a positive experience all around. It really feels like a helpful staple in the community. Highly recommend! 🍔✨
