Austin, Sue, and Pam were all so friendly, helpful, empathetic, and much more! Their level of customer service is something you don’t come across often. I’ve never been in a business where every single employee I encountered was so consistently remarkable. These are exactly the kind of people any company would be proud to have, and Safeway is truly fortunate to have them.
