- AAAMKOct 6, 20261.0Apparently they charge $2 extra for the new salsa which they don’t mention anywhere until they charge you. Employees got super snarky about it after I paid, but there’s literally nowhere that says their new sauce is extra. Orders here are always wrong and employees are slow.

My wife did the order, 2 sets of crunchy tacos for me. I'm not sure what happened exactly but they wrapped both sets of my tacos in foil, almost in a ball... When I got home I was shocked and not happy. The shells turned into mush and as much as I wanted to go back to the store to make it right, I didn't want to drag my son back out in the 100 degree heat. They normally put the tacos in the regular bowl but I just don't understand why this happened , this time around. Having to unwrap them in the foil ball I was given really took away the enjoyment of the food. Even as I'm typing this review, I realize how ridiculous it was. Anyways, thanks chipotle for all the things you do right. Maybe it just wasn't a good day to come in for dinner. I'm sure next time will be better.
